Program Supervisor
Zachary Oster, MSW graduated from the University of South Carolina with his Bachelors and Capella University with his Masters in Social Work. He provides supervision for the program as well as being involved with the daily operations of the HIVE. Zachary is available to assist in program services, provide mentorship and support to students, and connect with school staff and community resources. His office is a space to help understand services that the HIVE can provide as well as make referrals if necessary.

School Intervention Specialist
Rebecca McAllister, LSW graduated from Rutgers University with her Masters in Social Work and is a Licensed Social Worker. She provides weekly individual, group, or family counseling sessions for the students at Pemberton Township High School. Rebecca utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care and a strength-based approach in assisting students overcome their obstacles, develop coping strategies, and improve their overall well-being. Her office is a safe and supportive space where everyone is valued and respected.
